be·ing

the nature or essence of a person
the state of existing

whole

a thing that is complete in itself
in an unbroken or undamaged state; in one piece

What if you are enough, whole, complete just as you are?

How can you better see, appreciate, and affirm that wholeness?

What would support you to connect to the undamaged essence of yourself and the universe?

I had a teacher, a mentor really, Phyllis Mintzer z”l, who had this marvelous gift of looking at you like you were the most precious person on the planet, like you were radiant. In her face, in her eyes, the best version of you and her deep deep love for that person would be reflected back to you. Even if it was just a Tuesday morning having a little toast at her kitchen table. Just because you were.

Phyllis showed me, and so many others, how to experience myself as whole, healed, holy. She also taught me how to be a Jewish educator who leads with my heart, how to pursue my vocation/s with my heart. And that is what I offer you here. I want to help you tap into feeling and seeing your own wholeness, your own healing, your own holiness. Here’s how I can help.

Spiritual Direction

Do you need a minute to just sit down with yourself? Would it help to have someone in the room with you, on the journey, paying attention to who you really are? To wonder aloud with you about what you are really doing here, in this life? Spiritual direction gives you that opportunity, to sit still, to be with your innermost self, and to be witnessed, accompanied on this journey that is your life. Learn more.
